Technical Support Specialist Job Description:

Our client is looking for a technical support specialist to contribute to their mobile customer care team. The individual must be experienced in RIM Blackberry remote support as well as other types of PDAs and mobile handheld devices. Customer service experience is a MUST as the technical support specialist will be responsible for handing customer calls, troubleshooting them, and ultimately identifying a solution to the problem.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding of mobile handset devices (PDAs and data-enabled handsets
- Experience in mobile customer support or technical support
- Experience with Siebel

Required:

- 3+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years experience in mobile technical support
- Bachelors or Associates degree
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Must be open to a flexible schedule
