Program Manager/Integration Engineer
A large telecommunications company is in need of an Experienced Integration Manager
This candidate must have strong background in leading large scale software development projects and facilitate integration management.
Previous Telecom knowledge would be highly desirable. Must have strong experience in software development on various Operating Systems and integrating applications.
1.Provide Integration Management and implementation support throughout the lifecycle of ADSL program to deliver a completed product and/or service. Direct the efforts of program team using dotted-line authority, to deliver a completed product and/or service.
2. May direct Associate Project Managers to provide support with program communications and tracking program progress.
3. May also direct the efforts of project managers when they manage a project or sub-program within a program over which the Senior Program Manager has authority. Assist program manager and integration architect with all technical aspects of the project coordination and management, including interface architecture, data mapping, testing strategy and testing management
4.Solid working knowledge in Telco environment, preferred in OSS technical areas being a project/program manager.
5.Excellent communication skills, especially in a large project team environment. Be able to lead all technical aspect of project discussion, and setting directions for the entire program.
6.Comfortable working in a matrix environment, also in many disperse locations
7.Strong integration testing management, program/project management , environment mapping and preparation, testing data alignment, and defect resolution management are preferred
Experienced system integration professional, with detailed knowledge of SDLC.
8.Familiarity with the legacy BellSouth/AT&T Broadband architecture process will be extremely helpful and a desired plus. Strong technical skills to drive the resolution of integration issues across business and IT teams
9.Work with diverse teams to develop recommendations to addressing key program related issues to keep program on track
10.Excellent communication skills, especially in a large project team environment.
11.Be able to lead all technical aspect of project discussion, and setting directions for the entire program.
12.Strong negotiation skills
